At Auricelia, every piece is prepared with care once your order is placed. Here's what to expect.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always let you know if that's the case.
Shipping destinations We currently ship worldwide to a wide range of countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and most of the European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and more — your exact destination is confirmed at checkout).

Delivery times may run slightly longer for destinations farther from our fulfillment location, and can take up to 15–20 business days in some cases. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays outside our control can occasionally extend delivery windows.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen option, and order value. Orders above $80 qualify for free Standard shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost, as they vary by destination and local regulation.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us at support@auricelia.shop and we'll look into it with you.
